Jacqueline (or "Jackie") grew up in Maine. After living outside the state for a few years, Jacqueline realized there really was no place like home. Shortly after moving back to Maine, Jacqueline enrolled at the University of Maine School of Law. While at Maine Law, Jacqueline served as a summer clinical student at the Cumberland Legal Aid Center (now the Clinics at Maine Law), the summer after her 2L year. It was Jacqueline's experience at the Clinic that changed the course of her professional life as she worked representing clients in civil, family, protection from abuse, and criminal cases under the guidance of the Clinic's amazing professors. At the Clinic, Jacqueline discovered a passion for family law and litigation.
While at Maine Law, Jacqueline also enrolled at the Muskie School of Public Service and earned her Master of Public Policy in Management.
